People were consistently safe and protected from harm... by effective safeguarding policies... People received their medicines safely.
All the staff we spoke with told us it was a positive environment to work in and that they were valued and respected.
A relative told us... they were over the level of required staff, so they never have to use agency staff. There were enough competent staff on duty.
Staff were trained to a high standard... supported with a rolling training programme which was relevant to the health conditions that people at the home were living with.
People told us the service was well led... Relatives we spoke with supported this and told us management were open and approachable.
