The provider had systems, policies and processes in place to safeguard people from the risk of abuse and harm. People's care needs were robustly assessed... Medicines records were reviewed regularly. We saw no discrepancies.

Care workers and staff told us they could speak to senior managers whenever they needed to. Staff told us senior managers were supportive and understanding... There was good communication amongst staff at the home.

Staff turnover was low, which supported people to receive consistent care from care workers who knew them well. The service had enough care workers to support all people to take part in their scheduled daily activities.

Records showed all care workers received adequate training to support people with their care needs. Training included mandatory training on learning disability and autism... They also told us they received regular supervision.

People had individualised weekly timetables of activities and appointments which care workers would support them to attend. Care workers took people for trips in central London... People were also able to attend colleges, gyms and social events.
