Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: Staff told us they were proud to work at Ridgeway House, felt valued and appreciated, 'It's such an amazing place to work.' Relatives noted deep affection and family-like care.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: Relatives and staff told us there were sufficient staff to meet people's needs, staff were not rushed, one-to-one support provided when needed. Per 2021: The home did not have any vacancies.
