Working at Ridgeway Care Centre

No permanent manager in post yet, just a new one who has applied to register.

At the time of our inspection there was not a registered manager in post. There was a new manager in post and they had submitted their application to register.

Staff have only completed two thirds of their required training.

records showed staff had only completed two thirds of the training required.

Medication sometimes not in stock and opened bottles not always dated properly.

Some people's medicines had not been available for them when needed... some medicines in bottles had not been dated when opened.
