Staffing is adequate but nothing special, with no details on low agency use or staff retention.

There were enough staff on duty. People and their relatives told us staff were available when they needed them.

Activities are varied and regular but mostly standard stuff like arts, crafts, outings and music, no specialist therapeutic programmes.

People had access to a wide range of activities which included group activities, one to one sessions, outside entertainers, and weekly outings... arts, crafts, music, animals, films

Some gaps in risk assessments and medication records, even though they fixed them quickly during the inspection.

Risk assessments... were not always detailed enough to ensure they were robust... some occasions when staff were not recording full details of times of administration of these medicines.
