Staffing is adequate but they use some agency workers.

The registered manager carried out checks on agency staff to see if they were suitable to work in the service.

Only standard training and some gaps the manager is getting staff to catch up on.

The registered manager had identified where there had been gaps in staff training and had set a date by which all staff were required to update their training. Staff were working through this task.

No activities coordinator or varied programmes, just basic things like a sensory room and outings.

Equipment was provided in a sensory room which was open for people to access. People who stayed in the home were provided with activities.
