The interim manager told us that he had recently completed an audit of staff training, which had identified that some staff were behind in completing some refresher training... Staff supervision records varied in content and quality.
No activities coordinator or specialist programmes, just staff-led outings and basic group activities.
People used to regularly attend a day resource centre run by the provider but this had recently closed. People were currently being supported by staff to access more community facilities...
