We observed that the staffing levels provided on the day of our inspection met people's needs. People confirmed there was always enough staff available.

Only standard training like safeguarding and medication handling, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

The training matrix showed staff had completed relevant training such as safeguarding, medicines administration, health and safety, infection control.

Activities are regular with a coordinator doing crafts, gardening and events, but no specialist programmes or innovative approaches.

People accessed a wide range of activities including crafts, gardening, pampering sessions and attending social events within the service.
