Risk was not always assessed, managed or monitored. We found during the inspection chlorine tablets had been left in a communal corridor... Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) practices were not always effective.
Staff told us they felt supported in their roles and were complimentary of the registered manager. They told us they could raise concerns and felt they were listened to.
