Working at Radcliffe House

The service used the local authority safeguarding procedures [...] Staff had been trained in safeguarding topics [...] Arrangements were in place to ensure medicines were safely administered [...] Staff were recruited robustly.

All the staff we spoke with said managers were approachable and supportive. All thought there was a good staff team. A registered mental health nurse said, 'I like working here. We have a responsive team'.

Staff files and training records showed staff had undertaken sufficient training to meet the needs of people and they were supervised regularly. Staff were encouraged to undertake further professional development.
