People were safeguarded from the risk of abuse and action was taken to report or investigate incidents of abuse. Risks of harm were assessed and people were supported to remain safe and independent through the effective use of risk assessments.

Staff we spoke with told us that they liked working at RMP care and found both the providers and registered manager supportive.

There were sufficient numbers of suitably trained staff to keep people safe. Staff we spoke with told us that staffing levels were safe and they were flexible dependent on what activities people chose to be involved in.

Staff told us and we saw records that confirmed they received regular support and training to be able to fulfil their roles. One staff member told us: 'You get all the training you need and the managers are supportive'.
