Safety has gaps like inaccurate records for skin damage and wounds, plus creams stored unsafely on radiators.

Accurate and up to date records were not always kept in relation to people's skin integrity. For example, one person's records did not reflect an area of skin damage... creams, which contained flammable substances, had been left exposed in two people's rooms. In one room, the cream was left out on top of a radiator.

Leaders missed some issues like poor records and cleaning problems that inspectors found.

Oversight of the service required further development... not all the concerns we found during the inspection had been identified.

Only a basic activities programme using a coordinator borrowed from another home, no special creative stuff.

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: People had little opportunity for occupation or activity during the day with the current deployment of activity staff... The activities coordinator from the local sister service was deployed.
