Staff we spoke with were positive about the culture within the service... One staff member told us, “Everything is different now with [manager] here. We do everything correctly now.” Another staff member told us, “I love my job...”
People and their relatives told us they felt on the whole there were sufficient staff to support people’s needs. One relative said there seemed to be less staff at weekends.
