Staff numbers are enough most days but sometimes people wait when two carers are needed together.

one person who required two staff to assist them with personal care told us they might have to wait until two staff were available at the same time. Per 2018 comprehensive inspection

Staff get standard training like the Care Certificate and supervisions but no specialist courses or qualifications.

Staff then completed training on topics considered essential by the home, including fire safety, medication, first aid, food hygiene, dementia awareness and moving and handling. Staff told us they had regular supervision meetings with a manager. Per 2018 comprehensive inspection

Activities include arts, crafts, garden time and games run by a coordinator but no special therapeutic programmes.
