Staff felt respected, supported, and valued by senior staff which supported a positive and improvement-driven culture. Staff felt able to raise concerns with managers without fear of what might happen as a result.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: Staff told us they completed an induction to the service, their role and the people who lived there prior to commencing independent duties. Staff were supported with regular documented supervisions and annual appraisals.

Members of the management team were visible in the service. They were approachable and took a genuine interest in what people, staff, family and other professionals had to say.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: A dedicated activities coordinator told us, 'We have individual activities plans for each person. We take people to the cinema, go out for meals, to garden centres, and people go to the community centre. Some go swimming, shopping and we have trips and theatre outings.'
