Procedures were in place to minimise the risk of harm to people using the service. People received their medicines safely and as prescribed by their doctor. Staff were recruited following a safe and robust process.
There was a friendly, open culture within the service and they felt very much part of a team. They told us they felt valued, well supported and knew who to go to with any concerns.
People were supported by sufficient numbers of staff... We found there was a systematic approach to determine the number of staff and range of skills required to meet the needs of the people who used the service.
