The service was in breach of legal regulation in relation to people’s safe care and treatment... prior to the inspection the blood sugar monitor had not been calibrated.
Staff told us they felt rushed at times, in particular in the morning and at mealtimes. One staff said, “I go home upset.”
Prior to the inspection the provider did not make sure there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff appropriately deployed at the service.
