Safeguarding procedures were available for staff to follow... Staff had received training in safeguarding adults and knew what to do if they had any concerns. Systems were in place to ensure people received their medicines when they needed them and as prescribed.

Purpose-built activity hub called the 'Gate House'... separate building called 'The Lodge' there was a hot tub... dedicated area in the home was now used for relaxation therapy. A newly installed water bed had been a positive addition.
