Staff had received appropriate training to fulfil their role safely. The registered manager had taken a proactive approach to ensure all training was completed.

Basic activities like walks and a tearoom setup, no coordinator or varied programme to make the job more interesting.

People were encouraged to participate in activities they enjoyed, including going out for a walk if they chose to... a space within the home had been made into a tearoom with personalised crockery which people had painted themselves.
