There were safe systems in place to manage risks... People were safeguarded from the risk of suffering abuse or avoidable harm. Staff received training in safeguarding adults.
There was a calm atmosphere where staff were knowledgeable and skilled in supporting people with their routines, activities and behaviour. Staff were receptive to people's needs.
