People told us they felt safe at the service and trusted the staff who supported them. Staff had training in safeguarding and knew how to recognise and report abuse. Risks were assessed and managed. Medicines were handled safely.
People and staff remarked on the service's 'family feel'. Staff morale was good and there was a strong ethos of team work. Staff said, 'We all work as a team' and 'We all muck in together'.
