The service had an open and empowering culture and staff and people using the service were consulted about the service provided. We observed a staff meeting which demonstrated the staff knew the people... very well.
There were enough staff to meet people's needs... Action was being undertaken to address staff vacancies, this included the use of a regular agency staff member at night and a new staff member had been recruited.
