Staffing levels meet daily needs but there's no word on low staff turnover or hardly any agency workers.

The registered provider deployed enough staff to enable people to safely lead the life they chose.

Training covers the basics with supervision but staff say e-learning doesn't work for everyone and want more face-to-face sessions.

Some staff we spoke with expressed how they felt the e-learning training could be improved. Training in its current format did not account for all learning styles.

Varied outings and hobbies keep things interesting but no dedicated activities lead or special named programmes.

People had trips to the shops, cinema, gym, airport, local discos and various social groups within the community.
