Medicine records have gaps and errors, and orders aren't always on time, so safety isn't reliable.

Some medication administration records contained gaps and were not completed accurately. Medicines were not always ordered in a timely manner to ensure people had adequate and continual supply.

Relatives say there aren't always enough staff some days, leading to waits for things like toilet help.

Sometimes they could do with more staff. [Family member] sometimes has to wait for the toilet. There are not enough staff some days.

Only standard induction and basic training, no mention of specialist courses or career development.

Staff received an induction and training which prepared them for their role.
