Staffing is adequate with good presence on the floor but no mention of low agency use or stable long-serving teams.

Staff told us there were enough staff to meet people’s needs. There was a good staff presence throughout the home.

Only standard training including online and face-to-face plus supervisions, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

There is good training both on-line and face to face. I am up to date with all my training... you can request additional training if... interested.

Varied activities programme run by dedicated coordinator but no distinctive specialist approaches or innovative methods.

Designated activity staff were employed and a varied programme of activities was in place. These included activities in the home and local community.
