People were safeguarded from the risk of abuse because there were effective systems in place. People were involved in decisions about managing risk and there were risk assessments in place which guided staff how to support people to stay safe, whilst respecting their choices.
Feedback received so far from a recently conducted staff satisfaction survey was mainly positive. The new manager had been working to improve the culture of the service and had noted an improvement in the culture.
