Staff had training on how to recognise and report abuse and they knew how to apply it. Staff managed the safety of the living environment and equipment in it well through checks and action to minimise risk.
Staff spoken with told us they 'love working here' and 'it feels like a family'.
At the time of the inspection there were no vacancies at the service and staff spoken with told us many of the staff team had been in post since the service opened.
The staff team had also completed a comprehensive training programme which included specialist training in areas such as epilepsy awareness... Lead support workers were completing leadership training specific to their role
