People were protected from the risk of abuse. Risks to people's safety were mitigated and people received their medicine as prescribed, but the master computerised system to monitor stock levels was not being regularly monitored.
The culture we observed within the service was open and friendly. All staff said they worked well as a team and supported each other. Care staff reported the service was a good place to work.
