Safeguarding concerns continued to not be reported to the local authority when people were at risk of harm... We identified a further 7 separate instances where people placed themselves at risk or had harmed others not reported as required.
Staff spoke about feeling supported in their roles and that managers were readily available to go to if they needed advice... All staff were positive about working at Oak Cottage and felt they were treated with respect.
We observed, and some people told us, they did not feel there were enough staff to provide person-centred care... People told us they experienced delays sometimes when summoning assistance. They said that staff were busy all the time.
