Activities are basic like games, music, arts, crafts and outings with a coordinator, but nothing specialist or innovative.

Staffing is good now with enough people and time to chat, but no details on long team stability or no agency use at all.

We have more staff now which means we can spend time chatting with people... we are a great team, who help each other out, especially if extra shifts need to be covered, I think this important for consistency rather than use agency staff
