All staff had received training in safeguarding and demonstrated good knowledge... Risks were managed and action was taken following previous incidents to reduce risk, showing lessons were learnt.
Staff stated that the registered manager was approachable... they felt supported and listened to. 'We work together well as a staff team, I think it is a good staff team.'
We observed there were enough staff on duty to provide personalised care... the service will utilise staff from other services to ensure that people continued to receive continuity of care and that agency staff are not used.
