Medicines were not always stored, administered and managed safely. For example, we found unlabelled medicine not belonging to a person in their medicine cabinet.
Staff told us they enjoyed their roles and could contact leaders if they needed support. Staff told us that they felt the manager was ‘friendly’ and another told us the company is a ‘good organisation to work for’.
While relatives told us they felt there were enough staff on shift, people’s choices were restricted at times due to staffing levels which meant people were not always able to go out into the community when they chose to.
