The staff team were highly motivated and equipped with the right skills... Staff felt well supported.

The management team were passionate about the care that people received and had an open-door policy for people, their relatives and staff. Everyone felt the management team were approachable.

The home includes an onsite farm, pub and shop... local primary school to visit weekly... reconstruction of a train carriage with a screen... interactive sensory items.
