Working at Nether Place Nursing Home

No regular group activities since the coordinator left, just one-to-one chats, so the job is mostly routine personal care.

The activities co-ordinator recently left, and the activities have stopped. There used to be a lot of action but there is a lady that goes round the home to do one to one stimulation.

Medication records and risk notes often inaccurate or out of date, which could cause safety mix-ups.

some records relating to the management of medicines needed improvement... some information was not always accurate and or current.

Acting manager not based here full time and relatives unsure who is in charge, so leadership feels unstable.

There was an acting manager in post who is registered with us at another of the provider’s homes... One relative said, “I don’t know who the manager is.”
