A new member of staff did not have access to the provider's computer and were using a password-protected personal computer to access care records such as health action plans and risk assessments. This posed a risk to people's confidential information

Staff said they received training relevant to their roles and were able to discuss any development needs they had during regular supervisions.

No activities coordinator or special programmes, just basic outings and volunteering, so the job is mostly routine personal care.

A range of activities were developed for people to participate in if they wished, such as attending volunteering opportunities, and going to leisure activities.
