Some staff have overdue mandatory training, leaving skill gaps.

A review of the provider's training matrix identified mandatory training for some staff was out of date.

Staffing is just adequate to meet needs, with no details on stable teams or low agency use.

Staffing rotas confirmed that staffing levels were appropriate to meet the needs of people. The majority of people we spoke with told us there were enough staff.

Only basic activities like sing-alongs and outings, no coordinator or special programmes to enrich the workday.

People had the opportunity to be involved in a variety of activities both inside and outside of the home. One relative told us... they put music on and have a sing along... Recent trips included visits to Hartlepool Marina and The Discovery Museum.
