People were safe at NAS House. Medicines were managed safely and people received their medicines as prescribed. The provider audited medicines stock and records and checked staff's competency.
Staff told us they felt valued and supported by the provider and encouraged to improve their working practice when required. Staff were asked for their views and feedback about the service through individual supervision and team meetings.
There were enough staff to support people and meet their needs. Staff rotas indicated that a regular team of staff supported people at the service on a day to day basis which helped to maintain consistency in the care and support they received.
