Per 2020 inspection: We were assured that the provider was preventing visitors from catching and spreading infections... using PPE effectively... infection outbreaks can be effectively prevented or managed. Per 2019: Staff were able to keep people safe from the risk of abuse... Medicines were managed safely.

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: A relative said about the service, 'Marvellous... it's like one big family.' A member of staff told us, 'I really enjoy it, it's a lovely team to work with.'

Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: There were enough staff to meet people's needs and keep them safe. Permanent care staff usually covered for another member of staff if they were on leave. Otherwise, employed bank staff were used and as they were familiar with the people using the service.

Per 2020 inspection: The manager had recognised the risk to people of isolation and had employed an activities co-ordinator. Per 2019: The service had gone to great lengths to develop links with local community groups and had won a Norsecare Community Award in 2018.
