Staffing levels meet basic needs with enough staff on duty, but nothing about low staff turnover or minimal agency use to keep workloads easy.

There were enough suitably skilled and experienced staff to provide people with safe care and support. People told us there were always enough staff around to help them and that they didn't have to wait long for assistance

Only basic training covered like safeguarding, health and safety updates, and medication skills, no specialist courses or staff development mentioned.

Staff were provided with training in topics of health and safety, and they were kept up to date with any changes which impacted on people's safety. Staff received safeguarding adults training as part of their induction and regular updates
