People were safeguarded from abuse, appropriate risk assessments were in place... Some records relating to medicines required updating. The deputy manager rectified this whilst we were on site.
Staff told us they enjoyed their roles, staff comments included, 'I do think it's a good place to work... it's a really good team, I look forward to coming to work.'
