On the day of inspection, we did raise some concerns around the storage of medicines, disposal of medicines and paperwork relating to medicines.
Staff spoke positively about the new management structure and the changes within the service. Staff felt they were listened to and encouraged to be involved.
Whilst agency staff were still being used, the nominated individual stated they had been successful in recruiting more permanent care staff and they were in the process of coming on board.
Since the last inspection the provider had supported staff with extra training to meet specific needs of people. Staff new to care were enrolled on the Care Certificate.
