Staff sometimes did not follow care plans for diets and risks, like giving unsuitable food to someone at choking risk.

We observed staff providing one person with food and fluid which was not in line with their assessed needs, to reduce the risk of choking. This was brought to the managers attention during our inspection and appropriate action was taken.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, just enough staff with no details on low agency use or stable team.

Enough staff were suitably deployed to meet the needs of people using the service. Most people, relatives and partners told us there were enough staff.

Only standard training in a range of topics, no specialist courses or funded qualifications mentioned.

Staff were trained in a range of subjects to ensure they were suitably qualified to provide support to people.
