Medication wasn't always stored or recorded safely, and some mobility risks were missed until pointed out.

We found medicines were not always stored safely and stock levels did not always correspond with the records in place... risks to two people’s mobility had not been fully considered.

Staffing is adequate to meet needs but some residents feel there aren't always enough staff.

Although some people did not consider there were enough staff we saw evidence to confirm people’s needs were met effectively.

Only standard mandatory training like safeguarding and infection control, no specialist or development courses.

Staff had received training in safeguarding... infection prevention and control and food safety... Mental Capacity Act (2005).
