Staff numbers meet allocated hours after rota changes, but recent concerns mean it's not yet stable or extra cushioned.

We had received concerns that people did not always receive the support they needed and staff were not well supported. Staffing had been focused upon by the manager and staff rotas redesigned

Mental capacity isn't always clear for resident decisions like spending money or restrictions, and one safeguarding concern was reported late.

It was unclear if people lacked capacity to make some decisions, such as what to spend their money on or when certain restrictions were in place. Relatives had made some decisions about their family member without legal authority... there had been a delay in reporting to the local authority
