People were protected by trained staff that understood how to safeguard them... Medicines were managed safely, and people received their medicines as prescribed. Lessons had been learnt when things went wrong.

We observed a variety of activities. This included the homes own dementia choir... communal areas included spaces... such as a sensory room, a music room, prayer rooms, a pub, reading corners, an activities room, a hair salon and pamper room.
Some agency staff cover night shifts while recruiting more permanent team members, and a couple of residents said they were less attentive.
