Staff had a good understanding of safeguarding processes... Risk assessments were clear and regularly reviewed and updated. Records of care delivery showed staff were adhering to care plans.

Staff were extremely proud to work for the service and said they felt supported by the whole management team... Every staff member we spoke with showed a passion for providing outstanding outcomes... I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.

The provider made sure there were enough qualified, skilled and experienced staff... staff retention remains high with some staff returning after further training shows they respond to the managers leadership.

An exceptionally driven and enthusiastic registered manager and senior management team were responsible for the management of the service. They supported individuals daily and worked alongside the staff team and led by example.

The service had an impressive activity team who ensured there was a vast range of activities to meet everyone’s needs. This included large groups, smaller groups, 1 to 1 sessions and walking groups accessing local parks and the wider community.
