Most staff felt supported if they were struggling at work... Award ceremonies, reward schemes... However, there had recently been some conflict in the team and some staff told us they did not always feel listened to.

Most staff had worked at the service for several years... Rotas considered the occupancy rate... However, a couple of relative’s fed back that there were not always enough staff to facilitate people’s preferred off-site activities.

People were supported to engage in meaningful activities... well-equipped sensory room... minibus to help improve access to the local community and off-site activities... cooking and baking.
