Medicines were managed safely. We observed there were sufficient staff deployed at the time of our assessment to meet people’s needs. Risks were assessed, monitored and managed.
Staff told us there was a positive staff culture and that they felt valued and respected. A staff member said, 'The management team are very supportive to the staff. Everybody is really friendly and it’s about teamwork.'
