Systems and processes were in place to manage medicines safely... Staff completed regular safeguarding training. They knew how to identify and report any concerns... The registered manager reported safeguarding concerns to the local authority and the Care Quality Commission in line with guidance.
The vast majority of staff told us they felt valued and were happy with the support they received. They said, 'Yes, I feel valued. There is good supervision in place to support the role' and 'I feel valued. I feel very much supported.'

We received mixed feedback about the training provided to staff. Three out of 5 family members we spoke with expressed concerns about the level of training.
