Staff were supported to complete a range of training appropriate to the needs... partnership with ‘The Adult Social Care Training Fund’. This allowed all staff to enrol in accredited courses at no cost.
Staff told us, “The registered manager’s door is always open, there is never a problem to get to speak with her. She listens and if I need anything I get it.”
Activities included arts and crafts, sing a long, walks by the riverside, indoor gardening, bingo and quizzes... portable magic table... Children from a local school also visited the service.
